++ Great after sales service: Contacted Chee Kong as one of the vinyl was damaged due to fallen sharp object and immediately he arranged for someone to get it replaced within a week. ++ ​After comparing several companies, I decided to go with Wood Origins for a vinyl plank overlay for my 5-room flat’s original flooring, and I couldn't be happier with the result. ​I selected the Arctic Oak design with a diagonal layout, which looks fantastic and has completely transformed the feel of the home. ​The standout part of the experience was the efficiency of the team. My biggest concern was the sheer amount of furniture in my house, but the installation team was incredibly professional. A huge thanks to the young foreman, Kwasar, and his crew. They worked through Saturday and Sunday, expertly shifting furniture as they laid the vinyl.

We chose Wood Origins to re-do our bedrooms after visiting their showroom and Jeremy was very good in explaining the benefits, features, advantages of their products etc Installation was swift and efficient, 2 bedroom + Master + walk-in was done in 1 day for effect and another 0.5 day to install new skirting as well We chose the overlay method over our existing engineered wood flooring to avoid hacking and chose Valley Oak color. I engaged Wood Origins to overlay with the vinyl flooring. From the start Irvine was very helpful and so knowledgeable about the products and gave good suggestions. I selected 2 different colours and textures for my hall and balcony. On the day of the works, the 3 gentlemen who helped to lay the flooring were so meticulous, careful and so diligent in the way they moved the furniture to laying the flooring as well as cleaning up the place. They were so pleasant and obliging. The finish was so beautiful and all of us love the change it brought to the ambience of the house.

We are really pleased with the new vinyl tiles we bought from Wood Origins at 33 Ubi Ave 3. They replace the ones that have been giving problems to us for the past few years. The old ones tend to separate after a couple of years of usage. We had the contractor to come back to repair the gaps between the tiles by the gaps came back. We shop around for better vinyl tiles until we settled for Wood Origins. The boss CheeKong explained that the joints are more secure due to a patented design. He helped us to choose the color and came down to do measurements. His workers helped to move the heavy furniture around and completed the laying in one day. After many years, I finally have a warm “wooden” floor. Danube oak. No more old ceramic tiles with grout lines. I also didn’t have to move out, and the work was completed within a day. My experience with WoodOrigins was good. I had originally intended to check out several other companies, but after meeting CK at the showroom, appreciating the transparency of their supplies and pricing, and finding a few samples we were happy with to choose from, we decided to proceed. On installation day, three workers arrived. There was laminate flooring to be removed, high skirting that required plastering over, and some furniture to be moved. The workers were obviously experienced and managed everything efficiently, completing the job within the day. Overall, it was a straightforward job done as expected and reasonably priced.
